Pumping gas from the annulus of oil wells
Currently, a single-tube sealed oil collection system is used in the development of oil fields. One of the disadvantages of this system is the high linear pressure, which depends on the length of the system and on the pressure at the oil metering and collection point (AGZU, CPPN, etc.). At the same time, the annular pressure through the pressure of the gas-water column affects the dynamic level and is associated with downhole pressure. Its high values ultimately limit the realization of the potential of wells. As a result, the operating conditions of the submersible pump deteriorate due to the "squeezing" of the dynamic level, a decrease in supply and subsequent disruption of the pump due to the entry of a large volume of gas into its receiving part. Our team of specialists guarantees safe and efficient gas removal using a special compressor unit. Due to a smooth decrease in annular pressure, an increase in the dynamic level and a smooth withdrawal of liquid, an additional depression is created on the formation, thereby increasing the flow of liquid into the bottom-hole zone of the well. The correct selection of wells, taking into account the established criteria, makes it possible to obtain additional oil production with an adjustment of the pressure balance inside the production column.
